Emerging Architect Prize 2016

Last chance to nominate an amazing emerging architect (within 15 years of graduation, within 10 years of registration) for the 2016 Emerging Architect Prize. The Prize recognises an individual emerging architect or emerging architectural collaboration’s contribution to architectural practice, education, design excellence and community involvement, which advances the profession’s role within the public arena.

To nominate someone in Stage 1, get your submissions in by Friday 22nd April. Submit the following via the online entry system:

  • the nominator’s name and contact details
  • the nominee’s name and contact details
  • a brief (max 150 words) outlining the reason for the nomination

So simple!

The Chapter Winner gets:

  • $1000 cash prize
  • Sponsored to attend the National Architecture Conference
  • One year of free membership with the Australian Institute of Architects* (contact your local chapter for further details)

You then go into the running to be the National Winner who gets even more prizes!

Note, you will need to be an Australian Institute of Architects member to nominate an individual or collaboration. The nominee will also need to be a member, but they will be given the opportunity to sign up before Stage 2 submissions if they aren’t currently a member.
