Online registrations for the 2014 National Architecture Conference have now closed. If you wish to attend the conference and are yet to register, please print the hardcopy registration form here and bring it along with you to the registration desk on Friday 9th May. 
Ticket Prices
All prices below are inclusive of GST.
All member ticket types will require an individual membership number
to be 
entered when registering each individual for the conference.

Opening party

The opening party will be held at the State Theatre Centre on Thursday 8 May, 6pm onwards. The State Theatre Centre of WA is located at 174-176 William Street (corner of Roe and William Streets, Northbridge). Tickets to the opening party are limited, and are an additional cost to your conference registration. Tickets are $99 per person.

Group Special

The Institute has organised a great special for groups wishing to attend
the conference. If you purchase seven (7) full conference passes, you will
receive the eighth (8) FREE. To take up this special offer please call the
Institute National events team on (02) 6121 2000, or email making@
architecture.com.au
Payment Plan
A Payment Plan option is available for those planning to attend the
National Conference. Confirm your conference attendance by paying a $100
non-refundable deposit, and pay the balance of your conference registration 
leading up to the event. If you are interested in the payment plan option,
do not register online, please download a Payment Plan Form and email it to making@architecture.com.au
Ticketing notes
Conference tickets do not include any of the social activities, such as the
Opening Party, Tours, Workshops, and other fringe events. These are all
additional activities and costs – for more information view the Events page of
this website.

The Student non-member ticket price includes an annual SONA membership
– see sona.com.au

Directors of firms with ‘Practice Memberships’ with the Australian Institute of
Architects are entitled to ‘Institute Member’ ticket prices.

Academic Institute Members are eligible at the ‘Institute Member’ rate. 

To become a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, to renew your
membership, or to learn more about the membership types visit the Institute
Memberships website.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All 
cancellations or changes to a registration must be made in writing to the 
Australian Institute of Architects: making@architecture.com.au.

All cancellations and refunds will incur an administration fee of $100.
No
 refunds will be issued after 14 days out from the event. 
‘No Shows’ to the event will be 
charged the full registration fee.

Ticket Types
Full Conference tickets

These tickets allow access to all conference sessions and lunch on Friday and
Saturday. This ticket is for the registered individual only and any continuing
professional development points will be award to them alone. These tickets do
not include any conference social events.

Single Day tickets

This ticket allows you to attend a single day only. You will have access to all
conference sessions, and lunch on the selected day only. This ticket is for the
re gistered individual only and any continuing professional development points
will be award to them alone.

Graduate Institute Member / Retired Institute Member / Affiliate Institute Member /Overseas Institute Member tickets

This ticket provides discounted conference registrations for either Graduate,
Retired, Affiliate or Overseas members of the Australian Institute of
Architects. You must be a member of the Australian Institute of Architects to
be eligible for this ticket type, and refers to your Institute membership type.
Tickets are for the registered individual only and any continuing professional
development points will be award to them alone.

SONA and Student tickets

As there is a significant discount for students, there will not be any single day 
tickets available. Student tickets allow access to all conference sessions, and 
lunch on Friday and Saturday. The student non-member ticket includes an 
annual SONA membership – see sona.com.au. Both the student SONA 
member and non-member tickets are for the registered individual only.

A+ Institute tickets

All A+ Members are entitled to the associated discounted conference ticket
prices. For more information on A+ membership please click here. A+
Institute membership is also available for Graduate and Affiliate Institute
members. Tickets are for the registered individual only and any continuing
professional development points will be award to them alone.

Flexi tickets

These tickets are fully transferable between different employees of the same
practice, with the condition that only one person per Flexi Ticket purchased
may attend the conference at any one time. The ticket can be left for
collection, at the registration desk or you can arrange alternative transfer
with co-workers. This ticket allows access to all conference sessions for one
person per session, and one lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Non Member tickets

If you are an individual wanting to attend the conference, and you are not
currently a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, this is the
ticket type you will need to select.
