Introduction

The BlueScope Glenn Murcutt Student Prize was established in 2005 to recognise outstanding architectural student work which demonstrates excellence in response to place, technology and Australian culture. Entries for the 2019 competition opened on Monday 9 July, and will close on Friday 12 October 2018.

The overall winner will take home an $8,000 cash prize, and they and selected finalists will also be be awarded flights, accommodation and tickets to Melbourne for the 2019 National Architecture Conference.

The Australian Institute of Architects acknowledges the generous support of BlueScope as sponsor of the prize and Glenn Murcutt as patron.
