Current Chapter Presidents and Nationally-Elected Councillors wishing to be re-elected must be re-nominated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We strongly recommend that nominations are made at least 72 hours before the closing time of 4pm AEDT on <u>Thursday 21 January 2016<\/u>.<\/strong> For the nomination to be valid, the process of cross checking, acceptance of nomination, posting of candidate&#8217;s platform statements and gathering verified eligible member supporters must be complete before the closing time. <strong>The closing time will be strictly adhered to.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This system complies with the Institute\u2019s Regulations for elections. Copies of relevant Institute Regulations which set out rules are contained in the attached PDF files on the <a href=\"http:\/\/elections.architecture.com.au\/home\">online nomination and voting website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For any questions in regards to the Online Nomination and Voting Service, please contact <a href=\"mailto:membership@architecture.com.au\">membership@architecture.com.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If a ballot is required eligible members will be able to vote through the online service.
