{"id":18568,"date":"2018-03-13T15:41:05","date_gmt":"2018-03-13T04:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.architecture.com.au\/news-media\/?p=18568"},"modified":"2018-03-13T16:04:07","modified_gmt":"2018-03-13T05:04:07","slug":"expressions-interest-northern-territory-architects-board","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.architecture.com.au\/news-media\/expressions-interest-northern-territory-architects-board\/","title":{"rendered":"Expressions of Interest: Northern Territory Architects Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"h4\">&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>The Australian Institute of Architects and the Northern Territory Government are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to nominate for the Northern Territory Architects Board.<\/p>\n<p>The Northern Territory Architects Board is a statutory authority established under section 5 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/legislation.nt.gov.au\/Legislation\/ARCHITECTS-ACT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Northern Territory Architects Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Board\u2019s functions include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the establishment and maintenance of registers for registering architects, architectural companies and architectural partnerships;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>accepting applications for registration in these categories; and&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>dealing with complaints under the Act in relation to registered architects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Are you an suitably qualified Architect and interested in assisting with the Architectural Practice Exams?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NT Chapter are seeking architects who would like to contribute as an Examiner for the Architectural Practice Exams held by the Northern Territory Architects Board \/ Architects Accreditation Council of Australia twice each year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Application criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a registered Architect in the Northern Territory&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>five years minimum continual post-registration experience&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>currently working in practice or academia&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>available for the examination process in April and \/ or October.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For further information, please contact <a href=\"mailto:nt@architecture.com.au\">Raquel Nicholls-Skene<\/a>&nbsp;Executive Director AIANT or call (08) 7969 6000 or mobile +61 (0) 403 023 425.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please submit the EOI by <strong>Fri 23 Mar 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The Australian Institute of Architects and the Northern Territory Government are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to nominate for the Northern Territory Architects Board.
