Within the profession, students and graduates need to be aware of their rights and your practice needs to be aware of its responsibilities under Fair Work legislation.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Copyright notes (Updated notes)<\/h3>\n<p>The notes <a href=\"https:\/\/acumen.architecture.com.au\/practice\/legislation\/copyright\/\">Copyright<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/acumen.architecture.com.au\/practice\/legislation\/copyright\/architect-and-copyright\/\">Architects and copyright<\/a> have both been updated by the Australian Copyright Council to ensure currency with the Copyright Amendment (Disability Access and Other Measures) Act 2017 and its related Regulations.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/acumen.architecture.com.au\/practice\/legislation\/copyright\/copyright-and-architectural-photography\/\">Copyright and architectural photography<\/a> has also been updated with additional fact sheet links to provide you with further information on this issue.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/acumen.architecture.com.au\/project\/building-contracts\/abic-contracts\/\">ABIC contracts<\/a> (Primary page for ABIC 2018 contracts)<\/h3>\n<p>Refer additional guidance material with a downloadable table outlining the differences between the 2008 and 2018 contracts.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Note:<\/span> Parties can continue to use the ABIC 2008 issues of MW, SW and BW for a short transition period in 2018 (to allow for projects tendered on the 2008 issues and to use existing inventory).
