Key to Birrelli’s conceptual framework was turning a bank teller-style, ‘over-the-bench’ customer service experience on its head, creating innovative new experiences engaging multi-zoned, modularised interiors layered with biophilic ideas \u2013 transforming a customer into a special guest in warm, inviting interiors.<\/p>\n
With the customer experience a large part of the brand at St.LukesHealth, the architects worked to enhance the customer experience as the business actively engaged with the design processes, to cultivate meaningful change and drive its brand forward. St.LukesHealth recently took home the prestigious 2016 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for Private Health Insurance \u2013 capping off a stellar 2016 for the expanding Tasmania company. <\/p>\n
