Zuccoli Plaza
Zuccoli Plaza is a community retail hub located within the newly developed suburb of Zuccoli. The Zuccoli residential masterplan focuses on creating a community lifestyle with great access to parklands, walking trials and bike paths. This formed an integral driver for the retail hub design.
The site is unique in that it is situated directly adjacent the suburb’s major local park. Our primary objective has been to maximise the site’s potential to connect, integrate and extend the retail hub into the adjoining parkland, which forms part of a larger network of open space, conservation area, walking trials and bike paths.
