Practice Forum – Implications of recent tribunal decisions on DA assessments

A Practice Forum is being held on Wednesday, August 15 to discuss the implications of recent tribunal decisions on DA assessments, in particular recent RAMPAT decisions that have seen the interpretation of the Interim Planning Scheme change around “acceptable solutions”. Come along and hear from local government and planning experts and get insight and understanding into this issue.

 

Open House Launceston

We’re bringing Open House to the north in collaboration with Junction Arts Festival!
