The Institute congratulates IBL Limited (IBL) (trading as Architects Professional Risk Services and Planned Professional Risk Services) on its award as 2013 Small Broker of the Year at the Australian Insurance Industry Awards held in Sydney on 14 August 2013.
The award ceremony was hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and Asia Insurance Review. A panel of 16 industry experts were charged with the responsibility of selecting the finalists and winners in the various awards categories. The importance and continued relevance of the Insurance Industry Awards was highlighted by outgoing ANZIIF CEO, Joan Fitzpatrick who said that the awards are vital ‘not just for recognition within the industry itself and [the] sense of pride and accomplishment that flows, but also as a way of creating competition and [a] push for better performance and higher achievements.’
In determining the winner of the 2013 Small Broker of the Year category, the judging panel indicated that it was impressed with IBL’s high level of client satisfaction and the number and quality of the endorsements it had received from professional associations and clients alike. The panel was compelled by the range of unique services and products offered by IBL and its overall commitment to client education and staff development.
Sandra Purser, CEO and Managing Director, accepted the Award and expressed her appreciation for the long term loyalty of IBL clients noting their tremendous support and ongoing commitment to IBL’s unique risk minimisation programs that help underpin their own business success.
