Member survey feedback
In late 2012 the Institute conducted a survey of members to ascertain levels of satisfaction with current products and services,and to provide members an opportunity to give feedback on their membership experience. The survey provided us with quantitative data (the results informing the performance indicators in the 2012 Annual Report along with an analysis of trends for the past three years). In addition, it invited members to respond in their own words to the following questions:
- What areas should the Institute focus on in future to ensure its strategic objectives are met?
- Do you have any other feedback or comments you would like to provide?
We collated the comments and closely reviewed each of them. From this process we have created a comprehensive report that addresses the common themes of the feedback and that also serves to update members on current and planned initiatives. You can download the document here.
