31 David Street

31 David Street

Located on one of Newstead’s busiest streets, 31 David Street was an original aged and tired home. The owners approach Honed Architecture + Design with a brief to bring new life into the building for a young, growing family, as an alterations and additions project.

The outcome is a thoroughly designed and considered house for a growing family, built on budget and on time. The orientation is maximised by the bespoke glazing systems, focusing the attention upon the specific entertaining elements of the house, and out to the landscaped alfresco areas, providing opportunity for repose.
